giving.cards is an online personalised greetings card creation platform developed by DM Print Ltd.
When you register for giving.cards we will use your registered email address to provide you with information relating to purchases and to keep you up to date with information about updates to the service and/or website that may affect how you use the service.
From time to time we would like to let you know about offers or competitions from giving.cards, you have the right to object to this contact and can update your preferences at any time by visiting the User Account page and updating your settings.

We may also disclose your personal information where we are legally required by law to do so.
Why do we collect this information?
To fulfil your requests, to manage your accounts, to provide website functionality, to advise you of changes to our websites or to our products and services, and if you have chosen to be contacted, for marketing purposes.
How long do we hold this information?
We will keep the information in your giving.cards account until our services are no longer relevant to you. giving.cards accounts are deemed inactive if they are not used within a period of 14 months, after this point the giving.cards account, including personal details, will be automatically removed from our system, however if you have purchased a giving.cards product your personal details will be retained for a period of 6 years to comply with financial regulations.
How can I access the information you hold about me?
You have a right to request access to the personal information that we hold about you. We will try to supply this information to you without delay but at the latest within one month of receiving the request. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.
